Q: What does Digibonus do?

Features

Q: How many users can your system handle?

A: Digibonus can safely handle millions of users at a time, thanks to our reliable, highly redundant architecture. Digibonus is hosted on Amazon.com’s Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) infrastructure with redundant servers and sophisticated load balancing.

Q: Can I manage multiple fan pages?

A: Yes. Digibnonus allows you to manage an engagement strategy on multiple fan pages. In the administration system, you can specify which campaign pages you want to manage via Digibonus. The system then manages these campaigns through a tab on each fan page, installing new campaigns when they become active and removing campaigns that have closed, ensuring that your page is always up-to-date and consistently offers your fans the best experience.

Q: Can I publish campaigns on web, Facebook and mobile simultaneously?

A: You can configure Facebook campaigns to be accessible via the web and even mobile. However, we believe that your visitors are used to engaging differently on each of these channels. On Facebook, it makes sense to put emphasis on Facebook features, while on the web, where some people may not yet be part of your fanbase, these features may need to be less prominent. On mobile, the experience must be adapted to reflect slower network speeds, smaller screens and the absence of flash animations. We optimize each campaign for your preferred channel (Facebook, web or mobile) to ensure the best possible experience for your fans.

Q: Can I create a multilingual fan experience?

A: Yes, the Digibonus Premium offer enables you to create multilingual fan experiences. We currently support five languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) and will add more languages soon. If you have need a specific language version, we can also provide translations upon request.

Q: How do you manage the legal aspect of contests? Can we change the terms and conditions if necessary?

A: The Digibonus platform automatically generates standard terms and conditions that have been checked by our legal experts. This means that you can create a campaign easily, knowing that the legal aspects are taken care of. For a small fee, Digibonus also allows you to register your terms and conditions with a trusted third party to provide added reassurance to your participants. Also, if you have specific requirements regarding rules and regulations, you can change or replace our default texts at any time. Better yet, if you have a Digibonus Premium rate plan, you can save your own standard set of rules, terms and conditions in the platform so that they appear by default whenever you make a campaign.

Q: What kind of technical support do you provide?

A: We’ve made our platform so easy to use that anyone can get started right away, but if you want to explore the most sophisticated features, such as integrating CSS or your CRM tools, we can provide training for your community manager or agency. Also, all our customers have access to technical support by email and/or phone.

Q: If I am a social media agency, are there features designed for me?

A: We have features specifically designed to make agencies love Digibonus. The platform allows for unprecedented levels of customization to help those creative juices express themselves. We also have special agency account types that allow you to oversee several customers. There is even a specific pricing scheme for agencies.

 

Platform reliability/data security and management

Q: How reliable is the Digibonus platform?

A: Very. We use proven open source technologies such as Java, Linux and SQL databases, and host the system across multiple servers on the Amazon Web Services cloud. This means we can manage peaks in activity day-to-day, adding extra capacity at a moment’s notice if we need to. Customer data is stored on Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS), which ensures high availability and performance.

Q: How can I access my data?

A: The Digibonus back office allows you to download files containing exactly the information you need and integrate data into your own data management systems. You can export all participants and their responses to questions, unique participants or just the prize winners. If you prefer, you can access the data in real time via our API interfaces, which allow you to connect your CRM or legacy marketing systems directly to our platform.

Q: Do you use the data collected via the platform?

A: We never use the fan data collected via the platform, which belongs to our customers. The only exception is if you ask us to help you analyse the performance of your campaigns, in which case we use it solely to provide you with insights into your campaign performance.

Q: Can I integrate data from the platform into my CRM or social relationship management tool?

A: No problem. Digibonus has a specific API interface that make it easy for your CRM or SRM system to interact with our platform to exchange data. We will also be releasing a set of direct interfaces to a selection of the most popular SRM tools over the coming months.

 

Pricing

Q: How much does Digibonus cost?

A: We offer three pricing plans; Digibonus Basic comes for free so you can try out some of the features and create great fan experiences even if your budget is very limited. Our Digibonus Standard package costs €149 per campaign + €15 per day in operation, and combines ease of use with all the most popular features. Digibonus Premium comes as a per-page package (from €499 for a single fan page with lower rates for more pages) or a tailored unlimited subscription. Our Premium solution is the most cost-effective for long-term social media strategies and brands wishing to make full use of advanced customization.
